Curzon Associate Marketing, based in Woodbridge, has been announced as principal sponsor of Red Rose Chain’s, Theatre in the Forest.
Red Rose Chain, a dynamic award-winning theatre company based in Suffolk, created Theatre in the Forest 19 years ago. Running throughout August in the beautiful woods at Jimmy’s Farm, Theatre in the Forest is the region’s largest outdoor theatre event and this year features Joanna Carrick’s unique take on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, set in 1940s war time Britain.
Steve Curzon, Founder of Curzon Associate Marketing comments, “I have long-admired the work of Red Rose Chain having given marketing support and coaching as a member of their Board for a number of years. Theatre in the Forest is legendary on Suffolk’s family entertainment calendar, attracting audiences from around the region and further afield and we are proud to support their work as sponsors.
“Red Rose Chain has a well-established reputation for delivering work for the whole community. They are entirely independent and self-sustaining, and in addition to Theatre in the Forest, are renowned for creating original productions that confront social concerns, often working with overlooked or hard-to-reach groups to create powerful and insightful stories that demand to be told. This approach is close to our own brand values and our commitment to developing young talent here at Curzon Associate Marketing.”
David Newborn of Red Rose Chain commented “We are delighted to have the Curzon team on board again as sponsors. Their support and encouragement is invaluable to us. We’re looking forward to another wonderful summer in the woods!”.
