“We have made significant progress in the Student Accommodation, and University Academic sectors last year through frameworks and negotiating schemes with clients such as; IQ Student Living and the University of Derby. In 2018 we refurbished, and converted over 600 rooms, and communal spaces in 7 UK cities equating to £7.5m in just 12 weeks. As we approach the summer of 2019, we are now gearing ourselves to continue our growth in this sector through opportunities with Derby University, IQ Student Living, University of Warwick and Bromsgrove Private School which we expect to exceed £10m through the busy month of the summer. Equally, fantastic progress has been made in our commercial fit-out sector within the year, delivering over £2.5m of office space on three schemes for Quintain on Wembley Park – we see a huge pipeline of opportunity ahead of us in this sector also” comments Chris Hufford, Operations Director, who joined Troy group in July 2017.
