Ipswich Computer Services (ICS) is proud to celebrate 27 years of delivering reliable IT solutions to businesses across East Anglia, simply by word of mouth and recommendation. Reflecting on nearly three decades of trust and partnership, the company has undertaken a significant rebrand to position itself for future growth while continuing to honour the values that have defined its success.
“For nearly three decades, ICS has been synonymous with reliability, expertise, and exceptional service. Our decision to refresh the brand is about honouring that legacy while positioning ourselves for the next chapter,” said Tim Goulding, Founding Director.
The refreshed brand introduces a streamlined identity, with the company now known simply as ICS. This change addresses feedback suggesting the name “Ipswich Computer Services” limited perceptions of the company’s reach and capabilities. The new branding highlights ICS’s broad expertise and ability to support businesses across the region.
The updated logo features three dots, symbolising ICS’s core offerings: support, supply of hardware, and service. Inspired by the colours of RGB and shaped like a monitor, the logo also represents a screen and a safe, organised space – reflecting ICS’s commitment to providing clarity, security, and order in IT solutions. The tagline, “Your Trusted IT Partner,” underscores the company’s role as a trusted and confidential team member, dedicated to empowering clients through tailored solutions.
This milestone also coincides with the promotion of Craig Starling to Director. “Our refreshed identity reflects not only where we come from but also where we’re headed. We’re expanding our services, including working with start-ups and offering website development, while continuing to deliver the outstanding support our clients have come to expect, that won’t falter and remains our top priority” said Craig Starling, Director.
ICS is especially grateful to its loyal clients, some of whom have been with the company since its inception. Their trust and support have been, and continues to be, the cornerstone of ICS’s success.
