We are proud that over the last 12 months, we have earned the trust and loyalty of many valued clients and have made some fantastic professional connections. Our continued success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, including the five independent financial advisers (IFAs) who together bring more than 100 years of combined experience in the industry.

Key Achievements

We provide bespoke independent financial advice to private individuals, trusts, charities and corporate entities across East Anglia.

From the outset, we have been dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing tailored solutions, backed by the highest level of service and support. We take a holistic approach, working with fellow professionals, solicitors, and accountants to provide a combination of sound financial expertise and robust legal and tax advice.

After just 12 months and exceeding all expectations and projections for our first year, EAFP is now managing more than £270m of client funds. It is an incredible achievement which can be attributed to both our core values and central way of working – getting to understand the needs and goals of each client and putting their interests first.

Awards

These accomplishments have not gone unnoticed and EAFP is proud to have received four awards in the past year: Securing corporate chartered status; named one of New Model Adviser’s top 100 IFA firms in the country; Matt Merchant (IFA) named New Model Adviser Next Generation Top 35 under 35; Best Emerging Bespoke Financial Firm – East Anglia Client Service Excellence Award 2023 at the SME Finance awards.

The company has also signed up to the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce – an independent body which provides advice for finance professionals who may be working with clients in vulnerable circumstances. It helps to promote the concept of a ‘safe pair of hands’ in terms of attitude, approach, business processes and outcomes.

Looking Ahead

With so much achieved, there is much to celebrate. The past year has been an incredible journey for EAFP, and we are immensely grateful for the trust of our clients and the advice and support we have received from our investors.

Now, we can look ahead and feel excited about the future – building on this success and continuing to provide exceptional financial advice. Our strategic vision includes further growth, an even greater local area presence, and continued support in providing the best customer service to our clients.
