Having worked for the likes of Ashtons Legal, Archant Newspapers, Crown Mortgage Management and Picasso HR, Lucy is well known across the East Anglian business community and is excited about developing her role and building her own portfolio of clients within the business.

She said: “Joining MAD-HR is hugely exciting and I’m very much looking forward to meeting with the many clients who have already been well served by Carole, Charlotte and the rest of the MAD-HR team.
