Taking a lead role in delivery for Suffolk-based clients, Sophie has considerable experience across recruitment, performance management and employee engagement.
Having previously worked for IPRS Group, she has a particular passion for supporting firms with delivering appropriate mental health and wellbeing strategies.
Carole Burman, Managing Director of MAD-HR, says her appointment is in line with the company’s continued expansion in the East of England.
