Evolve was established after the sale of Digital Copier Systems and our team comprises of individuals who between them have over 55 years’ experience in the industry. Having worked for independent dealerships, corporate organisations, and directly for the manufacturers, we know we can put together everything we have learnt, to offer the best possible local service for printing, copying and scanning.
When it comes to the equipment, Konica Minolta was chosen as our preferred manufacturer. A personal touch
We believe our phones should be answered in our office, and not in a call centre. That’s why we have a local phone number, and you’ll never need to press one for accounts, or two to log a service call. Our service visits are planned by someone who is familiar with the area; we don’t need to look on Google Maps to estimate how long it will take us to be with you.
Our training programme
All our service engineers are manufacturer trained and certified on every product we offer. They also undertake IT training, so they can troubleshoot and diagnose networking, printing, or scanning problems quickly and efficiently.
From you calling us, it takes less than four hours for a service engineer to arrive onsite. As we only service Konica Minolta equipment, we have all the parts we need to carry out the job 96% of the time. Also, we will never post you parts and expect you to fit them yourself.
A friendly account manager
Every client is assigned a personal account manager. We don’t use a telesales team to try and pressure you for a quick sale over the phone. What we love is to sit down with our clients and discuss what’s best for them over a coffee.
