Winning a King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade was an incredibly proud moment for us because it rewarded years of work helping businesses build meaningful connections and growth opportunities across the globe.

Now in their 60th year, these awards remain the UK’s most prestigious business accolades, and we were one of just 185 organisations nationally to receive the honour in 2026.

In a strong endorsement of our work, ETK Group was recognised for outstanding short-term growth in international trade, with overseas sales increasing by more than 85% in three years and now accounting for nearly 100% of the company’s total revenue.

One of the key contributors to this award-winning growth has been ETK’s significant expansion of its advisory work across the Global South (emerging economies, particularly in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and much of Asia), as well as the launch of innovative new software solutions to provide additional support.

Our focus has always been on providing business leaders with the necessary tools to access high-growth markets with confidence, and this award reflects both the power of that commercial work and our contribution to building global trade relationships.

ETK has already delivered projects across 34 African countries, supporting more than 300 clients to navigate regulatory environments, build export capability and strengthen competitiveness.

To be recognised for that impact is a significant milestone for ETK and reinforces our commitment to enabling businesses to succeed across the world.
