The accolade is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
It comes just months after MAD-HR received the Suffolk Business Award for ‘Customer Excellence’, which again acknowledged the company’s high level of client service and its commitment to combining both unique tech solutions, together with first class personal relationships, to support customer businesses.
The ambitious company, which is headed by Carole Burman and Charlotte Bate, has grown rapidly over the last 12 months, taking its total staff count to 12, with a reach across Norfolk, Essex and Suffolk.

To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1st January 2022 and 31st December 2022.
