Kathy joined Norfolk-based Kettle Foods in 2004 and as well as heading up its legal function, she is a member of the executive board which manages the company’s activities in the UK and the rest of Europe.
Kathy is also a director of the group’s Dutch subsidiary which manufactures vegetable crisps.
She said: “I’m pleased to be joining the Board of New Anglia LEP. This is a challenging time for businesses and I look forward to sharing my knowledge to help support our region’s economic recovery.”

Doug Field, former Chair, stood down from the board at the LEP’s AGM on 23 September.
