ICS celebrates significant growth

Ipswich based IT company, ICS, has announced business growth of 30% over the last 12 months.

This result is a reflection on the change of strategy and the investment that the company has made in the last year. Part of the changes include Craig Starling’s promotion to director, a rebrand and investment in marketing and PR, and expanding both the team and the services it offers.

Despite the current economic climate, and the rise in employment costs, ICS has remained focused on strengthening its core services and continuing to invest in its employees, all while maintaining the quality of customer service they are well known for.

In the past three months, ICS has added two IT engineers and one junior digital marketer to the team, increasing its headcount by a quarter. This strategic expansion has increased ICS’s capabilities across IT support and boosted their online presence, ensuring the company is better placed to meet growing client demand.

Director Craig Starling commented on their recent team growth. “While skills can be developed, it’s personality that really matters, and that’s what we look for. We look for people with the right attitude and approach to working with clients, that’s what makes us different. Building a team like this not only makes our offering stronger but also will help us boost our growth in the coming year.”

Looking ahead, ICS plans to continue building on its current momentum, strengthening its presence across East Anglia while remaining a trusted IT partner for businesses across the region.
