Lee is Joint Owner & Director of Morrison Freight based in Great Blakenham, Ipswich.
He started his career in the shipping and forwarding sector in 1995 as an office junior. By 2002, he was seeking a new challenge and keen to remain in the industry, he joined Morrison Freight as a European Operator. Three years of hard work led to his promotion to Operations Director, and then in 2006 he became a shareholder. In 2015, along with his colleague Darren Ryan, Lee purchased the company via a management buyout.
