Lamberts is an independent family-run supplier and distributor of industrial equipment including pipes, valves, fittings, fasteners, tools, lubricants, workwear, and safety wear for businesses in East Anglia.

In 1980, the company was passed down to Henry’s son Tim, and then in 2006, Tim’s daughter Trina Beare joined the company and became MD in 2015. The firm, which has its headquarters in Whiffler Road, Norwich, has stood the test of time and ridden out multiple recessions, Covid-19, and Brexit with its family values leading the way.

Trina Beare, MD of Lamberts, said: “Our team is our business family and many of our employees have been with us for 20 years or more. Every member of the team feels like my extended family. It’s lovely to know everyone personally, and not just them – their families, health, pets, new cars, house moves, new shoes! Our customers, many of whom have also been with us 20 years or more, love having direct contact with our team, and we aim to give a great personalised service. This has contributed to our success over the past 60 years.”

Established in 1963, Lamberts supplies trade services in both industrial and domestic markets, in sectors including factories (chemicals, food and drink and plastics) transportation, marine, construction and civil engineering, agriculture, utilities and heating & ventilation.
