Flying the flag for Bay Tree at every opportunity in the North West, is Executive Assistant, Brigette Currin (pictured), who is based in Lancashire and is responsible for Client Services.
“Historically our client base has been primarily in the south of England, but as Bay Tree grows, building relationships and sharing our story here in Lancashire has been great. I’ve loved discovering the variety of businesses in the region and understanding the support they need to grow.”
Bay Tree provides outsourced operational support to businesses looking to scale without increasing headcount. Its work goes far beyond traditional EA services, covering operations, project coordination, client services, bookkeeping, process improvement and more. Its team comes from a range of professional backgrounds, with a variety of skills and are matched with clients using psychometric testing.

A highlight in the North and West Lancashire Chamber’s calendar are the BIBAs, Lancashire’s premier business awards. The awards celebrate the county’s top companies and entrepreneurs and this year Bay Tree will be involved in the judging process, providing a great opportunity to learn more about the business community in the northwest.
Bay Tree’s founder, Jane Cattermole (pictured), has started the role of being one of the judges for the ‘New Business of the Year category’. She is looking forward to joining Brigette up in Lancashire and said, “I am excited about being able to play an active part in the business community, as well as meeting new contacts, hearing about exciting new businesses and meeting some of the entrants of the awards as part of the process. “Another big highlight will be the awards ceremony in September, so I will be up and down the M6 quite a bit over the coming months.”
