UK Director Business Club
We understand (only too well) that when launching, growing and managing a company, it can feel lonely and daunting at times. There’s so much to think about and so many areas demanding attention – from overall strategy to sales, to keeping a ready supply of toilet roll for the office.
It can be helpful to know that you are not alone, but the old-school networking groups can often seem dull and/or intimidating.
That is why, last November, we introduced our new Business Club.
It is exclusively available to owners, directors, partners and senior decision-makers, and offers members the opportunity to meet like-minded people and share experiences in a relaxed, social environment. No stuffy meetings or referral-based pressures here! We want to bring a bit more joy to what we do on a day-to-day basis and provide a place where people can ‘plug in’ to a community and make good friends, not just useful connections.
With that in mind, our Business Club members are invited to a variety of unique, small events throughout the year – chocolate tasting anyone? – along with regular ‘Youth Club for Business’ style workshops, which will feature various activities to get us laughing and moving to facilitate discussion.
And if you want to carry on the conversation with your new friends, our themed, online Forums provide a social messaging space for connecting with others, asking questions, exchanging thoughts on the issues of the day and sharing member-to-member offers with your new community.
Membership also provides exclusive access to a wealth of knowledge via our private online portal, where you will find a library of business resources and authentic content – in a variety of accessible formats – all of which aim to share information, tips, expertise and personal stories in a user-friendly way.
