Retreat and recharge

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the facilities – the swimming pool, hot tub, chill bath, loungers and sauna – for one hour before each appointment, after which they can choose a range of luxurious treatment options to complete the self-care experience. Why not try our CBD massage, eye ritual, body exfoliation or Himalayan salt stones? Maybe treat yourself to our special champagne and truffle facial with a glass of fizz and chocolate truffles, or our rose quartz therapies. All treatments are using vegan-friendly Temple Spa products and are performed by qualified, experienced therapists.

With complimentary refreshments also available, this peaceful retreat provides the ideal place to relax, restore and re-energise, then head back into the workplace refreshed and ready to achieve your goals.

Prices start at £110 per person for your exclusive spa experience. Special treatments are also available to cater for pregnancy, cancer patients and menopause.

Located at The Lodge on Tuddenham Road, Ipswich IP4 3QH, our spa is the perfect complement to our renowned aesthetic and skin clinic where we offer a range of advanced treatments, bringing cutting-edge care to your wellness journey.

For example, spring is a great time of year to think about skin health and, using the latest technologies and expertise, we can provide anti-aging injections, HydraFacials and tattoo removal, along with treatments to reduce thread veins, pigmented skin, open pores and acne. Now is also a good time to start laser hair removal treatments to be ready for the summer.
