Demolition & Waste Recycling: Anglian Demolition
Anglian are members of the NFDC, ARCA, EDA, CHAS, Construction Line, Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, and Institute of Demolition Engineers. Anglian’s work includes asbestos removal, complex demolition projects, scaffolding, earthworks, and remediation. The company was founded by Director Lee Storer in May 2007 and he’s now supported by his wife Toni and Operations Director Rob Eastaff.
Lee Storer, Managing Director commented: “When organising our projects for all divisions we are always mindful of how much waste we will produce. We aim to recycle as much debris and waste from our sites as possible and reduce our impact on the environment. Our in-house waste and metal recycling facilities allow us to efficiently maximise the number of materials we recycle.”
Toni Storer, Director commented: “We also focus our efforts on local businesses and taking care of our local area. Whether that is offering support through sponsorships or volunteering with litter picks, supporting local events and charities.”
This year the team made a massive impact at the Royal Norfolk Show where they exhibited with a 10m tower allowing visitors spectacular panoramic views of the Royal Norfolk Showground and all the events taking place, with over 6,000 guests making the trip to the top of the tower to see the show. The whole construction took four men a total of three days to erect, but the hard work was completely worth it just to see the astonished faces of the public on approach. The tower really showcased what the team at Anglian are capable of and the impact they can have.
The team at Anglian have built an enviable reputation since the company’s establishment in 2007. Based at their headquarters in Attleborough, they are continuing to expand to support the growth in operations on a range of projects, including setting up the region’s fastest growing licensed metal recycling facility – it really is “All in a day’s Work” for Anglian!
