When building relationships with your customers, it is important to understand how to make each project work from both sides. In short, success comes from working ‘with’ clients and not just ‘for’ clients.

Recipe for Success

It starts with employing a highly valued team which adheres to the company standards of politeness, friendliness, and reliability, while always delivering excellent workmanship. All our team members understand that each project is equally important to its owner, and we take time to consider the impact and challenges from the customer’s point of view.

The thought of refurbishment can be daunting, but we make it easier by working to tight deadlines, with minimal disruption and mess, and, while always available to answer queries, we can be left to get on with the work without constant phone calls and emails.

Bespoke Service

We give each client the bespoke treatment – from the initial free consultation, to calculating an honest price and planning works around them. Seeing a project from both sides ensures a successful outcome for the owner and a finished design we can be proud of as a contractor.

This way of working is especially important for our corporate clients who may be remodelling customer areas and need to complete works as quickly as possible so as not to interrupt their business. For example…

Case Study

A recent project involved the supply and installation of new worktops at the Little Theatre in Sheringham. We created a fresh new look for the venue with a replacement box office counter, an extensive food counter top and 16 tables in the cafe area, ‘The Hub’.

Granite Transformations was chosen for the popularity of our sustainable products, and with the worktops consisting of 72% post-consumer recycled materials, we delivered the brief for sustainability as well as create a stunning transformation.

Debbie, theatre director, said: “We are so delighted with the work…They genuinely did transform all the counters and tables and made them look beautiful! They were an excellent company to deal with as they worked efficiently and ensured there was no disruption to our business. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”

Focus on Service

As delighted as we are by our feedback, we are aware that we cannot drop the ball regarding customer service. This is why we provide every client with one point of contact who oversees a project from inception to completion. Having friendly staff who are committed to ensuring every customer feels they are being listened to throughout is crucial.

I am so grateful I have a brilliant team in place, and I never underestimate their worth. Good staff means happy customers – take care of your customers and they will take care of you.
