Naomi, who has recently completed the Entrepreneurs Forge Mini MBA with the University of Suffolk, has been with SimpleClick for the majority of its business life. Being one of the first hires in the early days, she has grown into the role, all whilst being a working mum. An inspiration for women in Tech or thinking of a Tech career, Naomi looks to pave the way for other young aspiring women wanting to enter the Tech workplace.
“After 10 years as a project manager at SimpleClick, I’m excited to be given the opportunity to be a Director and I look forward to bringing new ideas that will help drive the growth of the company. As a female leader of a tech business, I think it’s important to have a gender balance within any organisation, and I especially want to encourage more women to believe they can progress in an industry that is still male dominated. I can’t wait to see what the future holds in my new role as well as seeing where SimpleClick will be in another 10 years.” Naomi Worden
Naomi has been in a client facing role for SimpleClick for many years, as lead Project Manager for a number of their high-profile clients in Software & App development and website design with particular expertise in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).
SimpleClick Managing Director, Richard Jennis, is delighted to have Naomi on board as part of the senior management team to push the business forward into its next phase.
“Naomi has been instrumental in the smooth running of client projects over the last 10 years, always going above and beyond to ensure success. More recently, and throughout the challenges presented over the last couple of years, Naomi has been committed to the development and growth of SimpleClick and I am excited about working together on the company’s next chapter.” Richard Jennis, Managing Director of SimpleClick.
