Describe yourself in three words? Driven, inquisitive and light-hearted.
What was your first job? Travel agent at Co-op Travel.
What frustrates you? Repeating the same mistakes.
How do you spend your leisure time? Swimming, cycling, running, and playing golf.
What’s your favourite television programme? Peaky Blinders – I only have one thing in common with Thomas Shelby.
What’s your favourite food? Spaghetti Bolognese and treacle pudding with ice cream.
What food do you hate? Cucumber, it’s the food of the devil!
What is your biggest weakness? I’m impatient.
Where are you happiest? At home on a Sunday afternoon with Suzanne feeling exhausted, but with a strong sense of achievement.
What was the first record you bought? Rockabilly Rebel by Matchbox on Vinyl. I played it on repeat on Mum and Dad’s record player.
At school, what were you good at? Sport and clearly Drama.
What one material thing could you not do without? My mobile phone, although I am trying hard to be less reliant on it.
You’d go to a fancy-dress party as? Noddy.
What poster did you have on your bedroom wall as a child? Wham CHOOSE LIFE (I choose not to analyse this).
