About Trina

Like any business, being an MD has its challenges, but Trina loves having something to nurture and drive forward.

Her grandfather Henry Beare set up the company in Norwich in 1963 and her father Tim became MD in 1980. Trina joined the organisation in 2006 and became MD in 2015.

This year Lamberts is celebrating its 60th anniversary. Over 50% of its workforce has been with the company for 20 years or more and the team have over 400 years of combined service. How Lamberts looks after its customers has always been a priority and Trina puts staff and client retention success down to hiring the right people and supporting them from the start, creating a great close-knit family-feel and getting input from staff from all departments.Spotlight on Trina Beare 1

Outside of work, Trina lives on a working farm in South Norfolk, with her partner Rob and his two boys. She’s always loved keeping chickens, and currently has nine little characters, all with their own personalities. The photo shows her with Beaker, aptly named as she sounds like the character from The Muppets.

Trina’s daily 50-minute commute to and from work goes quickly, listening to gruesome audio crime thrillers!
