… You don’t need to explain to us that running your business, especially when it is micro or small in size, can feel a lot like you are spinning plates – there’s so much to think about and so many areas demanding attention – from overall strategy to sales, to keeping a ready supply of toilet roll for the office!

Our core focus here at UK Director is providing an environment that helps support owners, directors, and senior decision makers of businesses across the counties we operate in,  and we are constantly looking at ways to achieve that goal – and make the whole process more enjoyable.

So, that is why behind the UK Director Business Club.

Membership is exclusively available to owners, directors, partners and senior decision-makers, and offers you the opportunity to meet like-minded people and share experiences in a relaxed, social environment. We promise no stuffy meetings, referral-based pressures, or events where you’re stuck on a table of 10 and only able to talk to the people either side of you. We want to bring a bit more joy to what we do on a day-to-day basis and provide a place where people can ‘plug in’ to a community and make good friends, not just useful connections.

The UK Director Business Club membership will provide you with:

A variety of unique, small events throughout the year – from aerial yoga and art workshops to quiz and bingo nights and golf tasters, our ‘socials’ will get us laughing and moving to facilitate discussion.

And if you want to carry on the conversation with your new friends outside of the face to face events, our online members’ portal (which can be accessed via your desktop or our App) and private LinkedIn group, provide a space for connecting with others, asking questions and exchanging thoughts on the issues of the day. Plus, it gives you access to exclusive podcast and film footage, as well as a library of business resources and authentic content – in a variety of accessible formats – all of which aim to share information, tips, expertise, and personal stories in a user-friendly way.

Members can attend our free Director’s Toolbox workshops – either virtually or in person – which will update you on key subject areas around running a business, from marketing, growth and risk management, to managing the finances and exit strategies – subjects covered are led by our members and what they want to be kept updated about.

Every member will have a sidebar advert on our website and get a free ticket to all of our larger UK Director Magazines Events. Plus preferential consideration will be given when submitting your PRs to the UK Director Magazines website and social media platforms.

We just want our new club to bring people together in a way that’s easy, authentic, and fun, because meaningful connections are truly valuable connections.

Annual membership is either: £720+vat as a one-off payment, or £65 + vat if paid monthly  by Direct Debit.
