The statistics speak for themselves; one in three people, including managers and workers, have left their jobs due to a bad work culture. Shockingly, half of those who think their manager is ineffective plan to leave within the next 12 months.*

Conclusion: managers have a big impact on employees – on their motivation, satisfaction, and likelihood of staying with a company.
