Since Craig Starling’s promotion to Director at the end of 2024, our vision around how our business moves forward has strengthened, and we are reflecting this through our continued commitment to supporting our clients with all aspects of IT.

The focus on changing the brand to reflect a larger and wider geographical area, has seen significant growth and greater exposure for the company, along with a steady increase in workload, as we continue to build strong relationships with our clients.

For nearly three decades, ICS has been synonymous with reliability, expertise and face-to-face service, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses of all sizes. That’s why we are now investing in the future by extending our offering to provide a fully rounded service.

Our established expertise already covers a wide range of areas, including IT support and training, cloud services, cybersecurity, VoIP telephony, broadband and hardware procurement. Now, we are pleased to introduce website development and domain hosting into the mix. Every website is built for smooth performance on mobile, desktop and laptop, with SEO included to boost visibility and turn visitors into leads. Alongside, we have also created start-up packages for new clients which include collaborations with local trusted suppliers.

We want our clients to be at ease when it comes to IT, and having everything in one place means our clients can focus on what they do best, while we take care of everything else.

Of course, this growth has meant adding to our workforce too, and we are pleased to welcome two new engineers and a junior digital marketing officer to the team, providing extra capacity and skill to ensure we can always maintain our high standard of service.
