The combined business will create a £100m revenue, 1,000 people firm with 17 offices, with a shared purpose of helping clients, colleagues and communities prosper. This exciting development supports the firms’ strategic plans for ambitious growth and investment into the most beneficial technology and systems for their clients and teams.
UHY Affinia will become a member of the UHY Hacker Young Group, the broader UK network, positioning it as a Top 25 UK accountancy provider with a significant nationwide footprint. The London, Nottingham and Brighton & Hove offices will all become part of the Affinia group which will operate as UHY Affinia. The other 10 UK member firms that are not part of the combination will continue to operate as independent members within the UHY Hacker Young network.
Together, UHY Affinia and the other UHY Hacker Young network firms will have total revenues of £150m+, placing it as one of the UK’s leading national accounting services providers. Through membership of UHY International, global revenues will exceed $1 billion across over 360 offices in 95 countries worldwide.
This combination represents Affinia’s largest transaction to date and reflects accelerating consolidation across the UK accounting sector, as firms seek scale, investment capacity and national reach to meet growing client complexity, regulatory change and technology demands.

UHY Affinia will operate its services under the trading names UHY Affinia, UHY Hacker Young, Affinia and UHY in the UK market.
Affinia has offices across Suffolk and Essex based in Chelmsford, Colchester, Halstead, Harlow, Ipswich, Leigh on Sea and Stratford.
