Award-winning IT firm expands with move to larger Suffolk headquarters

Award-winning IT and telecoms provider ICS has relocated to a larger headquarters in Suffolk as the business continues its growth across the East of England.

The move to Suffolk House, Unit 2A, Broomvale Business Centre, Little Blakenham, Ipswich, IP8 4JU follows another successful year for the company, which recently won the Growth Business of the Year award at the 2026 East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards.

Over the past 12 months, ICS has welcomed four new members of staff, including 3 engineers and 1 digital marketing executive, as demand for its managed IT and telecoms services continues to grow.

The new office provides additional meeting space for current and prospective clients, more desk space for engineers, improved staff facilities and free parking, giving the business the capacity to continue growing while maintaining the high levels of service its clients expect. The move represents a significant increase in space, with the previous 1,500 sq ft office making way for the new 2,259 sq ft headquarters, giving ICS an additional 759 sq ft to support its growing team and operations.

The relocation marks another milestone for ICS, which supports businesses across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and the wider East Anglia region with IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, business telecoms and managed technology solutions.

Craig Starling, Director at ICS, said: The additional space gives us room to grow our team, provide a better space to meet with current and prospective clients, and continue delivering the level of service we’re known for.

Winning the EADT Growth Business of the Year award made this feel like the right time to take the next step. It’s a reflection of how far we’ve come, but we’re not standing still. We’ve got plans for the future and this move gives us the space to continue growing in the right way.”

Tim Goulding, Director at ICS, added: “After 28 years in business, we felt the time was right to move into premises that better support the way we work today and more importantly, allow us to maintain the high level of service our customers expect from us.

The additional space gives us more room for our growing team as well as a larger dedicated space for servicing and preparing machines.  This in turn helps us work efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs. The location is also a real advantage because regular customer site visits are an essential part of our service.  The new office location allows us to be well placed to serve all customers across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk.

This move gives us the space and facilities to continue providing an excellent service to our customers, while also creating a better environment for our team as we look ahead to the next 30 years.”

Craig Starling said the move was about preparing the business for the future rather than simply increasing office space.

ICS has built its reputation by combining responsive IT support with a personal approach, helping businesses across the East of England manage their technology with confidence.

The new headquarters provides the business with the facilities and flexibility to continue investing in both its team and its clients as it enters its next phase of growth.
