The company, based in Thurston just outside Bury St Edmunds, has just finalised its ‘Friend of SMART’ initiative, offering a range of benefits to individuals and organisations which have bought one of its seven market-leading designs.
“For us the customer is paramount and our aim is to build a mutually supportive relationship with each of our clients in the longer-term” explained managing director Matt Moss.
“This is another first from SMART.”
Becoming a ‘Friend of SMART’ entitles each customer who signs up to the scheme to a range of benefits:
- £500 cashback in recommending a friend who then subsequently buys a SMART building. The friend also receives £500!
- £100 of Amazon vouchers in return for allowing up to six prospective customers view their SMART building
- A professionally written and designed case study of any business being run from a SMART building
- A small thank you gift for every positive Google or Facebook review
Sales & marketing director Sue Phillips added: “SMART has built up a formidable reputation for helping solve the space issues faced by businesses, homeworkers, schools and many other organisations.

Since last year’s management buyout, involving Matt, Sue and Paul Sheppard, the firm’s operations director, SMART has invested considerable resources in further improving all aspects of its operation, from design to customer service to secure its market-leading reputation.

Each can be further enhanced with a multitude of optional extras and upgrades to suit individual tastes and the particular features of any prospective locations for its buildings.
